Amazing place! I've been a customer for over 10 years and the reason why I'm writing is cause I recently met Lam and her massages are AMAZING. I have scoliosis and she really understands my body and I feel a ton better everytime I visit her. Super duper recommend!!
Vernice is my go to beautician. Every session makes me feel refreshed, and I know I'm in good hands under her care. Not very well versed in Chinese, and she's one of the few that can communicate with me in English. Long time happy customer at modern beauty. Thumbs up! 🙂
It was lucky enough to have facial before the restriction is tightened again. Pretty much enjoyed the service this time. Thanks for Siau Jo, a lovely beautician with a sense of humour, also professional. Pleasant and relaxed experience.Just got my facial slot several days ago which provided by Hannah. I quite enjoyed her service, particularly in the very beginning part, should I say it was kind of aromatherapy, um… pretty much helped me alleviate my stress from this pandemic. She is also a kind and considerate beautician. Going to make my next appointment soon.
Mdm Lan Zhi, the longest service staff, that I know her since Year 2006, she is friendly and provide good service.Ms Doreen, are a good co-ordinator in helping for my appointment arrangement. Thanks her for the help. Ms Liupan are good for doing facial service.
Came across this facial salon while looking thru fave. Bought a fave voucher and went on to purchased two diff facial packages after my 1st and 3rd session. Today is the 4th sessions w them, I was served by Coco during my 1st appt then subsequently by Gina and XiaoXiao. They were all very friendly and nice.They will try to intro new facial type and upsell every session despite having package(s) already. Guess it's just their job. If not interested can just kindly reject them and they will still provide good service afterwards. Overall, had a pretty good experience with them. The environment was pretty clean as well.
The whole experience begins with the new receptionist, Doleen. She has been very helpful with my appointment booking.The beautician, Xiao Xiao, is very experienced and ensured that the appropriate facial treatment is carried out for my skin condition.Together with her manager, Coco, they provided me with the most ideal facial package without being pushy about it.The overall experience is superb!
Coco the branch manager of Jurong east branch has very good skills, facial with her is very comfortable. She's able to provide a pleasant experience during the period of 1.5-2h facial. Jurong east branch now also has receptionist who promptly books appointments for customers and provide sms appointment confirmation which is very convenient. Recommended!
